What I Offer

Initial Consultation (Free)

Start with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to work on, and answer any questions you have about the process, payment, or scheduling.

Individual Counseling

I provide online counseling for individuals ages 13 and up. Sessions are typically 45-55 minutes and tailored to your unique needs and goals. We work together using evidence-based approaches — including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), interpersonal therapy, somatic tools, and solution-focused methods in a way that fits you.

Conditions & Concerns I Support

Many people seek therapy because anxiety, stress, or life changes feel overwhelming. I help clients understand what’s beneath those symptoms, learn tools that support emotional regulation, and develop ways of responding that improve quality of life.

Areas of focus include:

• Anxiety and chronic worry

• Stress and burnout

• Life transitions and identity shifts

• Emotional overwhelm

• Relationship tension and attachment concerns

• Teen and young adult emotional wellness

How Therapy Works

Therapy is a collaborative process. We work at a pace that feels safe for you, exploring thoughts, patterns, and feelings that shape your experience. I blend practical tools with emotional insight, so you not only understand your patterns but feel more equipped to navigate daily life with less overwhelm. We start with an intake appointment, identify counseling goals, and then dive in.

Insurance & Payment

I accept UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.

I also offer private pay options. Sessions start at $150.
If you are out of network and affordability is an issue, sliding scale spots may be available so please reach out to discuss.
