Virtual Anxiety Therapy for Women, Young Adults & Teens in North Carolina
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been carrying more than most people realize - anxiety that won’t quiet down, emotional overwhelm, or a sense that you’re stuck and unsure how to move forward.
I provide virtual therapy for women, young adults, and teens across North Carolina who are feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin finding steadier ground in your life.
Who I Help
Much of the work I do centers around anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the way life transitions impact our sense of self and safety.
This includes support for:
• Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
• Panic and physical symptoms of anxiety
• Stress and burnout
• Life transitions and identity changes
• Relationship and attachment challenges
• Emotional changes related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or becoming a parent
• Teen and young adult emotional health
Rather than separating these into boxes, we look at how your experiences connect and how they show up in your daily life.
What We Work On
Much of the work I do centers around anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the way life transitions impact our sense of self and safety.
This includes support for:
• Generalized anxiety and chronic worry
• Panic and physical symptoms of anxiety
• Stress and burnout
• Life transitions and identity changes
• Relationship and attachment challenges
• Emotional changes related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or becoming a parent
• Teen and young adult emotional health
Rather than separating these into boxes, we look at how your experiences connect and how they show up in your daily life. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive and acceptance-based therapies, relational work, and mindfulness-informed techniques. Rather than focusing on one rigid method, therapy is shaped around what feels most supportive and effective for you.
About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who believes therapy should feel human, not intimidating or clinical.
I grew up in North Carolina and have also lived in Arizona, which has shaped my understanding of how environment, culture, and life experiences influence emotional health. I value curiosity, continued learning, and staying grounded in the real experiences of the people I work with.
I’m licensed to provide telehealth therapy in North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Arizona, Michigan, and Florida.
Telehealth & Location
All sessions are offered virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You can access therapy from anywhere in North Carolina whether you’re in Hickory, Charlotte, Raleigh, Asheville, or a smaller community.
Online therapy makes it easier to fit support into your life while still receiving high-quality, confidential care.
