Anxiety

Let’s be real—everyone experiences anxiety at some point. It’s a part of being human. But for some of us, that anxious feeling doesn't just come and go—it sticks around. It shows up in our bodies as tight shoulders, headaches, restlessness. Our thoughts won’t slow down, our brain is stuck in a loop, and sleep feels out of reach. Maybe it's constant worry about work, feeling unsteady in your relationships, struggling through big life transitions, or carrying around that inner critic that chips away at your confidence. You might find yourself avoiding situations or people just to keep the peace inside. Therapy helps you unpack those worries, figure out what’s real vs what’s spinning in your mind, and build tools that make anxiety less overwhelming.

Life Transitions

Life is full of transitions—some expected, some that catch us completely off guard. Whether it's getting a new job, going through a breakup or divorce, starting a new school, moving to a new city, or facing a major shift in health or identity, these moments of change can feel overwhelming. Even when a transition is something we chose or looked forward to, it can still bring up a mix of emotions—grief, anxiety, confusion, even a sense of losing your footing. Therapy gives you a steady place to sort through those feelings, explore who you are becoming, and build confidence to face whatever comes next.

Perinatal/Postpartum

Whether you are struggling to get pregnant or adjusting to life post birth - there is no doubt this is a trying time in a woman’s life. During this time, many women find themselves questioning who they are now, rethinking old beliefs, and trying to make sense of their shifting identity. It’s a season filled with love and joy, but it can also come with uncertainty, grief for the old version of yourself, and changes in relationships—especially with your partner—that you didn’t expect. Having a baby changes everything — and maybe not in the ways you expected. Therapy is a safe space to talk about the real, messy parts of fertility challenges or motherhood that don’t get talked about enough — and to find support and strategies that help you feel like you again.

Teens

Being a teenager is tough — there’s so much pressure to figure out who you are, where you fit it, and to make decisions that feel huge. You might feel overwhelmed by emotions that come on fast and hard, or like no one really gets what you are going through. You may be navigating changing friendships, getting along with your parents, or figuring out what you like. Therapy is a place to be yourself without judgement, explore what’s going on inside, and learn skills to handle stress, relationships, and the ups and downs. Therapy isn’t about “fixing you” but it’s about helping you find your own strengths and your own way through.
