Hi there! I’m Katelyn - and I keep therapy real. I’m a licensed counselor, but more importantly, I’m a real person who knows life can feel overwhelming, messy, and unpredictable. My style? No stiff nodding or “how does that make you feel” clichés. Instead, I’ll listen, ask the right questions, and give you practical tools you can actually use outside of session.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, panic, postpartum challenges, and big life transitions — because nobody should have to power through those alone.
